A company rarely provides as much help to solve an issue with a product that they did sell to me. I was looking for a good repair place for a short-throw projector, so I called David at Audio Video Charlotte. He spent over 30 minutes giving me suggestions about companies he thought would do the best job for my repair. I was amazed and knew that when it came time to upgrade my system, David was surely getting my money. He is helpful and understanding, and he knows his stuff.
