My family and I have been tenants of Brown and Glenn for about 4 years and it has been a very pleasant and professional experience. They treat you like family, any issue I've had small or big they treat it with priority. Any changes their transparent about it. I'm honestly great full to rent from Brown and Glenn. It's hard to find companies that don't just look at you like a number on their books. I'm very pleased with the changes they have made where I live.
Take your money somewhere else! I do not recommend renting through Brown and Glenn!! The WORST experience ever! I really feel like I've been scammed. What was supposed to be an exciting moving experience, has been nothing but a nightmare and freaking headache. One thing after another is wrong. I paid my deposit on 12/7/2024. I explained that I wanted to move in on 1/1/2025. So if anything was wrong or needed fixing, they had plenty of time toget it done. I got my keys, but had no power. We live in the Cotsworld property and we’ve had very positive experiences dealing with Tasha and Felicia. The property is being upgraded and the street being gentrified so it’s all up and coming and must tolerate the growth as it is . Definitely recommend. Yes, there has been trash issues yet the management has been responsive and Better than most we’ve dealt with nowadays
I live in Wilkes Dr neighborhood Monroe, NC managed by Brown & Glenn. Recently we’ve had a sewage leak through out our whole downstairs. Spewing out water from the toilet. Tried a shot vac and it kept coming. We ended up having to stay in a hotel due to breathing and health issues. The incident happened Friday 9/2 and lasted until Tuesday 9/6 before someone came to help. No one would pick up phones or emails and STILL are not. The property rental company has had the worst customer service. We have been renting a new construction home since last summer and we have found through the months yard wasn’t properly graded. There is no grass hur million of rocks and debri through out the yard. We have called and put in countless requests for them to correct and they have all been neglected .
