My power been out for 3 days, and I have 4 years old in my house, my food went to waste, and I do not get food stamps to buy my food, I use cash money. It is now Friday 06/28 my power is still not on. This is very unprofessional. It's really giving you guys do not care, you guys just want money. Long as rent paid y'all don't care. THIS IS NOTTT RIGHT ATTTTTT ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL. I live in Wilkes Dr neighborhood Monroe, NC managed by Brown & Glenn. Recently we’ve had a sewage leak through out our whole downstairs. Spewing out water from the toilet. Tried a shot vac and it kept coming. We ended up having to stay in a hotel due to breathing and health issues. The incident happened Friday 9/2 and lasted until Tuesday 9/6 before someone came to help. No one would pick up phones or emails and STILL are not. The property rental company has had the worst customer service. We have been renting a new construction home since last summer and we have found through the months yard wasn’t properly graded. There is no grass hur million of rocks and debri through out the yard. We have called and put in countless requests for them to correct and they have all been neglected . I wish I had the really energy to explain my entire situation but I won’t. This company isn’t professional they don’t cRe about the residents. Had a whole in my roof for almost a month had to call the city and news before they would even act as if they cared. My air and heat hasn’t worked since September and all they say is wait for the landlord to contact you we don’t handle repair what do you handle then. Just the funds
