My small business has been with DirectPay for *many* years and I will never leave. I consider my account manager, Latasha, a friend whom Ive never had the pleasure of actually meeting. She is so kind, accurate, reliable and very easy to communicate with. We have been through a lot together throughout the years. I consider her a member of my team. Also, Rita is fantastic and helps us out when needed. All around 5 stars for sure!

They also made the transition from my previous on line payroll system very easy. I've been using DirectPay Payroll for the last two years and they've been excellent. Andrea, my account manager, is very helpful, professional, and prompt at providing service and feedback. I'm really happy I chose to use them for my office's needs.
Our rep at DirectPay is a wonder. She helped us through a difficult transition from our old payroll system, and is there for us with good grace every month, for every change and special request (and with excellent backup for her occasional day off). It's great to have that level of trust and communication for something as important as payroll.
We have been with DirectPay for a little over three years now. I love them. Everyone is so helpful, and either just fixes any problems or teaches me how to fix in case I need to in the future. Their response time is very quick. I have never had an issue with them
