I want to let you know that Teresa is a great help in all of my needs! She is also very good at communicating if there is ever a question or an issue. I had a very negative experience with this payroll company. They were unresponsive to employees and failed to provide important payroll information, including W-2s. Payroll sometimes went missing, and communication was extremely poor. I would not recommend them to any employer or employee — their practices caused unnecessary stress and delays, and they did not meet professional standards for payroll services. -Response to response from Owner: You have me confused with someone else you all screwed over. Great company. I've been using DirectPay since soon after we launched the company. They've made the process of payroll much less confusing than when I was doing it on my own. Desiree is amazing as she checks in with me a week before EVERY payroll to make sure we don't have any changes that we need for the upcoming payroll. Definitely recommend them to any business out there.

I have dealt with several members of this company over the past 2 years. Each one has been professional, yet friendly and engaging. Tisa , my account manager, is patient and kind as we work through payroll issues when they come up. The cost is small, compared to other companies I inquired about. but the service is A++. Highly recommend.
