Jeff and his team were good to work with mostly. While they do have great craftsmanship, the customer service is slightly lacking. I think they are very busy and need some extra hands to help as it is hard to reach them. I finally got in touch with them and hired them to do an exterior sign, door sign, door plaque (still waiting on this) and indoor signage for my permanent makeup and skincare studio. Edited to add: Had to remove a star because the door plaque was never installed and Jeff will not respond to my numerous mess... read more
