Not your average dealership. No matter which section of the dealership you deal with everyone is extremely respectful and gives you immediate attention. Bought a Jeep from Arte about 2 weeks ago and couldn’t ask for a more flawless transaction. Was provided ample information on the vehicle and was very flexible when it came to the numbers. Will most definitely come back for my next vehicle.

The salesman that helped us was rude and didn't give us a welcoming feeling. We weren't even offered water. Before the deal was over he had to abruptly leave and passed us over to another salesman. The second salesman was much nicer. In the end I am very satisfied with my purchase although I feel your customer service needs improvement.

Wife & I live in Maryland and wife had to have Yukon Denali pine Forrest exterior with tan interior and with all the extra’s. I could special order but weeks for delivery. So I found exactly what we wanted at Liberty Buick in North Carolina. Made the phone call got right to the manager Gregory and made the deal with salesman Rusty in 1 hour over the phone. 2 days later caught a SW plane to Charlotte NC and Uber to Liberty.
