Walking in I was apprehensive but Ray helped me with everything. He made sure I was comfortable with price and the vehicle itself. David in the finance office was also more than helpful. He wasn’t pushy or unreasonable. Process took less than 3 hours. Very pleased so far.
Hunter was really great to work with, before, during and after the sale. I really appreciated his no pressure attitude and the way he worked to allow me time to process my decision. He introduced me to all parties and even informed me about the services and who I could work with on ongoing maintenance. The sales manager was also phenomenal and friendly. I worked with Parts after the sale to get a part for my truck and they were also friendly, responsive, and fast. I definitely recommend Liberty!
Hunter was absolutely amazing!!! He contacted me right away when I showed interest online about a new truck on the lot. Set up a test drive and fell in love with it. My wife and I had planned on coming in the next evening after we were off work with my trade-in. Hunter had the truck detailed and all of the paperwork ready to go when we arrived. Came back for my second vehicle, Miss Vicky did everything on the first truck that I came and picked up on this location, she got me my first truck in and out fast. I’m really pleased with her and here. I am back again getting my second truck with Miss Vicky. I would highly recommend her.
Friendly & professional atmosphere. Everyone at the dealership was courteous and showed a genuine care. I had the privilege of working with Ben Downs.
