Liberty Buick GMC is by far the best dealership we have ever dealt with. We drove 3 hrs to purchase our new GMC and they had everything ready to go when we got there. The process was so smooth and everyone there was so friendly and welcoming. Hunter, James and Rob were fantastic to work with and went above and beyond our expectations. We had an incredible experience buying our gorgeous GMC 1500 Denali truck from Liberty Buick GMC last night. Our salesperson, Ben, was absolutely fantastic, as was the entire team. Ben was easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable about every truck we looked at, and happy to answer all of our many questions. We got a great deal, and the entire process was fast and smooth! I had an excellent experience at Liberty Buick GMC. I called ahead for the vehicle that I saw online and by the time I got there it was already pulled around ready for the test drive. They were excellent letting my wife and child (kid seat included) go on the test drive. After that it was an efficient experience where they took care of me financially and from a service perspective. Hunter was my salesperson, and he did an excellent job communicating everything. We purchased a vehicle tonight from these incredibly nice folks!! I first met Hunter on a day I was in a hurry. He found the car I wanted to see very quickly, it was in detailing, and showed it to me. Gave me his card and off I went. He never tried to pressure me to stay or anything.
