Jeremy Mauer is the best and I mean the best car salesman around! He made the process super easy and best of all he was transparent about the whole deal. Even if it wasn't in my favor he told the truth and nothing but it. They put me in exactly the truck I wanted and did not try to sell me something else. If your in the market for a vehicle go ask for Jeremy!
This dealership is very unprofessional. I went to talk to them about my maintenance plan. The finance people took me to the service dept and the lady working the desk acted like it was a bother that I had questions. She referred me to Jennifer but she was too busy to talk with me, even though I waited over one hour. I then left and have since tried to get updates from her several times by phone and have been ignored. Very unprofessional and discourteous and I would not recommend them to anyone.
Great experience. They beat the deal by $1,500.00 vs the Winston-Salem location. They even added a rebate after the deal was completed when the truck got delivered. We would have never knew if they had just kept the money. Honest and upfront. I couldn't be happier. If you're buying a Dodge, let Thomas Williamson give you your last number. It's all upside!
