On my way to Kentucky for hunting trip from NC and my Jeep Gladiator fouled a couple plugs...Called Mount Airy Chrysler & Jayme & Tim the service manager got me in with obviously no notice changed my parts and got me back on the road asap! This saved me from having to turn around and go back home v/s making it for opener in Kentucky Rifle season! I have bought several vehicles here. I have bought from a different Sales person every time. Randal is by far my favorite. After about the first 10 minutes of talking i realized this guy was business first and wasn’t interested in selling me a truck, but interested in assisting me in buying one.
