Cannot say enough great things about Sterilizer Autoclave Solutions! We had a problem with an autoclave and Ian was willing to hop on a call to help trouble shoot the issue. Paul has also been fantastic with purchases, sales info and getting our needs taken care of. AMAZING customer service. Out old Bravo autoclave died at 5:30PM and Ian was there to help navigate the issue and provide the solution to our problem. He even did a video call to help with bypassing an issue caused by us here at the office while trying to fix the original problem. Their customer service and sales department is always on top of things and gets my orders out extremely fast. Their Engineers in the tech services department are top notch and are always ready to help when we run across equipment with complicated problems. I highly recommend this company!
I’ve dealt with Andrew for over 6 years now, both for repairs and purchases. Nothing but great products, help , and service . He goes out of his way to educate me , and save me some dollars by teaching how to install myself. All refurbished autoclaves have been working for years. I wish all my vendors were this knowledgeable and professional. I have recommended his company to a number of dentists in my area.
