Had a very detailed conversation with Jason about the capacity of the enbio my shop has. I have a greater understanding of how to keep it working well and we did a little troubleshooting too. I also purchased a statim 2000 and the team here got it ready and shipped out to me well before it was expected. I forget the first tech that I spoke with but they were very helpful and made sure someone who knew more about my questions called back quickly.
Customer service was awesome. They were very quick to connect me to the mechanical people. Sonny was very helpful and hopped on FaceTime so he could walk me through fixing my Statim. He was very patient and made the process super easy.
I have an Lexa autoclave machine purchased from Patterson a few years ago. It was leaking water at the top and bottom during the drying cycle. I found out the water leveler sensor is no longer working. Ian was my tech support. He quickly identified the problem and took the time to show me the part and how to replace it myself. Excellent service and great value! With their easy-to-reach support, I have been able to complete almost all of the occasional repairs that we have. They also have a reminder program for parts that need to be replaced, taking that off my list to remember!
