Let me start by saying SIMPLY AMAZING. I had a issue that I wasn't even sure if they could help so I went out on a limb and asked anyway. Lauren from the start was so helpful. She was on problem solve mode. Bob who I was later transferred to is a problem solving genius. He look up the part that I needed and was able to help me get what I needed. I purchased a refurbished autoclave and had trouble using it the first time. They have tech support so I called and was able to connect immediately with live help. My technician, Ian, walked me through every step patiently and helped correct the setup so that I was able to run a successful cycle. If I had the ability to video chat it would have worked better but sending photos was adequate. Overall I was very impressed with the customer service and would highly recommend this company!
Ian, Eric and Ron have been very helpful in getting our autoclave fixed. They walked us through FaceTime and made the process very easy. They’re extremely knowledgeable & very quick to respond. Highly recommend their shop and services to anyone in need of an autoclave or parts. Thanks a ton guys! You guys are awesome.
The service exceeded expectations. In fact, we had a follow-up FaceTime call with them and their team was super helpful. Their repair saved us from buying a new rapid sterilizer helping us get more life out of our investment. This company is now part of our team and we highly recommend their services.
I want to start off by saying how Amazing Ian was at assisting me in resolving an autoclave issue. I am astonished at how much knowledge and patience he had into guiding me through each step. I had dealt with heating time error for days. After following some directions from Ian, our autoclave is back and running.
