I purchased a refurbished autoclave and had trouble using it the first time. They have tech support so I called and was able to connect immediately with live help. My technician, Ian, walked me through every step patiently and helped correct the setup so that I was able to run a successful cycle. If I had the ability to video chat it would have worked better but sending photos was adequate. Overall I was very impressed with the customer service and would highly recommend this company!
My Statim was failing at the beginning of its cycle after a long period of no use. I had a local repair shop tell me I may as well replace the unit due to its age and the expense of all the parts needed to get it running. I called SAS tech support and Ian had my unit up and running in about 30 minutes without any new parts. Hard to believe but true. I highly recommend these guys!
Ron was extremely helpful in troubleshooting my Statim 2000. The compressor stopped working and he coached me through how to disassemble and clean it. It now works perfectly! I always appreciate how helpful this company and their employees are when these tricky machines need work. Thanks again!

Our autoclave at our veterinary clinic was having some technical issues and Ian from their support team walked me through fixing the issue to get the machine up and running. The machine will require a small replacement part and they were able to get the part shipped same day. We were a new client and the support we received was phenomenal and will be returning customers.
