This is a review for two bad experiences. Too bad we didn't learn the first time. First, 2 years ago we bought 2014 Corolla, drove it for 3 weeks only to find out we didn't have insurance but finance dept. said they'll take care of it when we bought it. We kept waiting on the insurance card to arrive in the mail, called insurance and there was no record of us getting a new car. Oops! Now for the second and last chance we gave to toyota mt. airy. Never buy Toyota again After having owned 4 different types of Toyotas over the years and having family that work for Toyota [not this dealer ]. WE will no loner buy Toyota. We got a recall notice brought the car in on 3 different trips for the recall. We were told we would NOT be having the problem stated in the recall. As of this past summer we now have that exact problem. The service manager told us there was nothing he could do. It is now past the time for the recall. Tricky advertising practices Shopped for a Toyota Tundra. They had 2 very similar models but with $2k price difference. Inquired for the reason and was informed that one had been sitting longer in inventory while the higher priced one ( with almost 8k more miles) had a shorter duration on inventory. I asked about internet pricing they advertised but was told that there was a recent price reduction and hence did not see a reason to give their spruce! Terrible I bought a brand new vehicle from this location back in 2014. I immediately had problems with the chrome on the tires peeling off of them. I was told that this was not their problem even though my truck had 16k miles on it. More recently I went to change a flat tire and they provided me with the wrong size lug nut wrench and once again was told it was not their problem. The buying process was easy and they have good salesmen, but save yourself some issues by just buying from a different Toyota location.

Pitiful excuse of a Toyota Service Department I purchased my 2016 Toyota Tacoma in December of 2015 it was actually only 1 of 2 White 4 door TRD Off Roads to be delivered to Toyota of The SouthEast, so my choices of dealers was slim picking due to the specific color I was after. After much deliberating on the pricing I was able to go home with this vehicle, absolutely loved it until about 5000 miles. Horrible Experience I was from out of town and looking in to purchasing a used Toyota from a smaller, private dealer in the area. Prior to purchasing the vehicle I wanted to have a certified mechanic check it for any and all issues. A Toyota dealer seemed like seemed like the ideal place to have this done. I was HORRIBLY WRONG. After looking at the car, they said it was in great shape. Then proceeded to try to up-sell me on a timing belt and water pump - to a vehicle I didn't even own yet. This should have been my sign.
